Consumation was quite easy.

I’ve taken these for years. Do they work? I take other supplements too so it’s hard to say for sure, but I don’t seem to get colds as often as my friends and co-workers. I take these because I don’t eat many fruits and so feel I need supplementary anti-oxidants. The taste is very neutral. It tastes like a capsule. The size is very easy to swallow, and each capsule has about the same volume as my multivitamin. Since I don’t get many antioxidants in my diet and these help to mitigate that deficiency, and since antioxidants are very important, I think these offer good value for my money. Each bottle lasts me a couple months and is usually around $20.

They arrived perfectly. The one negative is that the seal underneath cap is not strongly adhered, seems like an issurle others had so I dont believe theyre tampered with. More of a quality control issue. I dont like that they have soy, so I likely will not buy again and will look for another option..

I've purchased six of these 40mg bottles at this point, and all of them have been fine as far as the capsules not being stuck together. I've seen a few reviews where the capsules were "melted" and stuck/glued together - so it has been a concern of mine, but I have not experienced this problem. I've ordered mine during the cooler months, but I think if these were to sit in a hot mailbox or on a front porch in summer, it might cause this problem.
