Will this work with Half-Life Alyx?

Half Life Alyx supports Windows Mixed Reality headsets, HTC Vive Headsets, Oculus Headsets, and the Valve Index. Basically every major PC VR headset will run it. Just make sure it works with SteamVR, this one does, HTC Vive does, Oculus Rift does, and so forth.

Does this work with steam?

Yes, it works great with Steam VR, but there is one very important piece of software you must download to make your WMR headset compatible with Steam VR (which also makes your headset compatible with VivePort VR games as well because they run through Steam VR!). This software is "Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR" and it is a free download and available on the Steam store. So when setting up your WMR VR headset do these 3 things and it will work with Steam VR: 1. Run the WMR setup as prompted when plugging in your headset to the PC. 2. Install Steam VR. 3. Install "Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR" from the Steam Store. That's all, and you can be playing Steam or VivePort games in no time!

Does the headset have built-in Bluetooth 4.0 ? or do i need to get a external dongle if my motherboard don't have it.

You will NOT need built in BT or a BT dongle to play this on the PC. The headset itself will plug into a USB.30 port and the hand controllers will connect to the headset. I have no idea what these people who say you need built in BT are talking about. I do not have it on my PC and it works fine.

Is this the 2019 model with better padding and light leakage fix?

Vr cover makes a great face pad that solved our light leakage issue and is alot more comfortable than the stock pad. If you own this headset or thinking of purchasing, you have accessories options
