I bought this mainly because I don't wear a watch. I also do not want to knock on the walls to install a clock. so something which is small and only illuminates when it is in the dark to let me know the time is great for me. I find the product easy to install. There is only 2 item in the box. The display and also the outdoor weather sensor. I place the sensor outside of my house next to the window. I find that the weather display pretty accurate when comparing it my current location. The good thing about the product is that you can set the location of where you are and time. After that it calculates the time when the sun rises and sun sets. I find it extremely useful to organise your day especially when it is getting dark soon. On top of giving me the time, I can set an alarm if I use it in my bedroom. It also illuminates an elegant blue light when I press the light/snooze button on top of the product. It allows me to view the time discretely when I need to and light goes away again for me to have a peaceful sleep.

Cost was reasonable, shame it didn't work properly. Failed to tell the correct time are accurately display the temperature.

I bought this to replace a John Lewis handheld weather station that gave up working. I wanted a device that would show barometric trend. This does that and everything else you could want. You can set relative pressure from online local weather station data for accuracy. The manual cannot be faulted for clarity. The display is clear and it's easy to set up. The backlight works well in the dark. It found the radio clock signal from Germany without a problem. The main failing with these types of station is the external sensor and the slow ingress of rain water. I smeared silicone grease around the battery compartment lid and tape around where the two halves meet just to be sure. Otherwise place out of the rain, which isn't always easy to do. Thoroughly recommended and at a really good price.

Good clear numbers and relatively easy to set up. Instruction booklet pretty good especially when setting for daylight savings wherever you are in the world. We had already got one in another colour so knew what to expect but if I had one piece of advice it would be to read the booklet through first and then place in a good clear position to start its initial set up. After that it’s pretty straightforward. The other thing we have found is don’t place it too near any other wireless equipment. It does need the 1 metre clearance to pick up its own signal at 3am every morning. Having said that - I do recommend this weather station and would have no problem buying another if I needed to.

Looks Nice but became faulty after a while

I just needed a basic weather station to give a bit of warning in weather patterns , this little unit does that and alot more , the backlight is good and esy on the eye , the alarm functions are useful it was so easy to set up once the batteris were in , it pretty much did everything for me , very happy with this item and would definetly endorse it to anyone , the price point for this feature packed unit was wonderful too

It’s a great product and after a bit of tweaking it’s now working fine. Looks good to.

This unit was easy to initiate and set up with the external sensor. It worked fine for some months but the clock began to skip 12 hours which ultimately became anywhere between 8 and 12 hours. It was a constant irritation and left me with the thought that if the clock was unreliable what about the rest? Hence the play on words 'Whether Station'. I am trying another type now. I cannot recommend this weather station.
