This product worked for me immediately to help my MCAS symptoms. I tried switching to a more well known brand and immediately knew I’d made a grave mistake and reordered this immediately. I don’t know if it was luck or the combo of ingredients, but I ended up not getting sick- which never happens to me once I feel it coming on. I’m not claiming this is some magical cure, but I definitely feel like it gave my immune system the support it needed. The tumeric + black pepper is great for inflammation, and I’ve heard good things about quercetin for immune defense. It’s not magic, but it’s a solid boost if you take it early enough. Will definitely keep these stocked for travel days or when I’m starting to feel something coming on. Great product!

I purchased this supplement hoping to enhance the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric for my non-bacterial prostatitis, based on my positive experience with turmeric before and my doctor’s approval. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bad decision for me. I started with one capsule and experienced strong headaches, mental fog, and stomach discomfort. Hoping it might be a one-time reaction, I waited a few days and tried again with a capsule taken with food and plenty of water—same symptoms returned. Then I tried opening a capsule and taking only half the dose. The headache didn’t come back, but I still felt stomach upset and some mental fog. I really don’t like wasting money, but this combination seems too strong for me personally. If you’re considering this product, I’d recommend buying the components separately so you can see if one ingredient disagrees with you rather than the whole combination.
