If you look at just the rubber on the 211359x center bearing the side that has the "rounded portion" in the middle of rubber goes up against the dust slinger which goes closest/up against the tubing. The "flared out portion" in the middle of the rubber should be facing the slip yoke or end yoke. So the "flared portion" is farthest from the tube. Thats about the best way to explained it.
