Defective Product and Zero Customer Support
I purchased this TSC printer from Amazon and received a completely defective unit. It did not work properly from day one. I contacted the brand’s customer support through email, but I received no response at all. Very disappointed with the after-sales service. For a product like a label printer, support is extremely important — and in my case, it was non-existent. This was one of the worst buying experiences I’ve had.

Amazing product !
Writing this review after using the printer for 18 months. I can say without any hesitation this is one of the best thermal printer in this price range. The print quality is good ( if you use quality ribbon and paper). The printer is very easy to use. Never faced any issue till date. A person having zero knowledge of printers can use this printer. Buy it without any hesitation. Great product!
