Terrible strainer. First of all, the top part doesn’t go all the way down, which makes it useless if you’re straining less than 80% of the container’s volume—whether it’s cheese or anything else. Secondly, it’s uneven and unstable, so you can’t put anything heavy on it without it tipping to one side or the other. And third, the holes at the bottom of the basket are covered by a thin layer of plastic! How is that even possible for something that’s supposed to drain liquid? Don’t waste your time or money on this piece of junk.

El mejor molde de queso que tengo! se nota de buena calidad. Me facilita mucho el trabajo. Hago queso vegano y también el convencional con este molde. Se limpia fácilmente y no ocupa mucho sitio.

I have now made my first 2 hard cheeses using this Gouda Hard Cheese Making Mold Large for Press. It is fairly small but, the measurements are listed in the description so, I'm not complaining. I don't have a press yet, so I used a tray which I loaded a few heavy items on and replaced those to heavier when it was time to flip the cheese in the mold. Cheeses are now aging and I'll have to see in a few months what they're like. I'm happy with this cheese mold!
