I recently purchased a pack of disposable scalpels from Amazon, and I must say, they have exceeded my expectations! These scalpels have proven to be incredibly convenient, reliable, and a great addition to my medical supplies. First and foremost, the disposable feature of these scalpels is a game-changer. It eliminates the need for time-consuming sterilization processes, saving me valuable time and effort. I can simply grab a new scalpel whenever needed, ensuring a clean and safe procedure every time. The build quality of these scalpels is impressive. They are made of high-quality materials that provide excellent precision and control during use. The blades are sharp and durable, allowing for clean and precise incisions. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they performed, even compared to reusable scalpels.

The scalpels were all in sterile individual packaging. The only scalpel I used was sharp and great for removing the nucleus of a corn on my foot. The razor itself was smaller than I expected but effective nonetheless. It was a tad flimsy when cutting into the callus but quite good overall. I don’t have any other scalpels to compare it to, but for the price it worked well. If all of the razors are this way then I will buy again in the future.

I have had trouble scoring sourdough loaves of bread before baking. You do this so the gases inside the bread have a place to escape so the loaf doesn't come out mis-shaped. I have tried razor blades in special cases and feared slicing myself, sharp knives that weren't sharp enough, and even a sharp small scissors. I probably am not making my dough right but being a retired nurse I thought what I needed was a scalpel. I used one of these today and it was the first time my scores actually showed in the crust.😁 The plastic handles are nice and stiff and easy to hold, the blade is sharp and cut the dough easily. I should have paid attention to size of the blade, these are size 15 so they are very small. I should have got size 11 blades. But it worked well today. I washed the used blade and handle in soft soapy water, dried it and put the cover back on the knife. Next time I need it I'll check to make sure it didn't rust but if it did I can discard it in our sharps box we use for home injectable medications.

Very large blades, and very very sharp. I am a licensed esthetician and I have thousands of Dermplane facials. The only reason I purchased these because I was waiting for my other blades to come in and these would arrive for me sooner. At first o saw how large they were and thought wow I can finish a Dermplane treatment in a bit more timely manner because of the size. On the contrary I had to be much more careful due to the blade being so large and so sharp. I think they are great as for the product itself but only if your doing a Dermplane on larger areas for like maybe a back facial?? But the face… with these id def stay away. To sharp and too big. Can cause a bad accident if not extremely careful. User beware. Here is a picture of the green blade compared to a normal size Dermplane blade used for facials.

Purchased for doing taxidermy and it serves purpose well, a little flimsy, but they are disposable so that is to be expected
