These 1‑inch net pots are sturdy, well‑made, and fit perfectly in the glass cylinders I use for starting plants. If you use grow sponges, the size shown in the attached photo gives the best expanded fit. I start many plants hydroponically, and these pots work equally well for those I keep in water long‑term and those I eventually move to soil. The grow sponges separate easily for transplanting as long as I don’t let the roots wrap too tightly around the pot. When the root system becomes too intricate, I avoid disturbing the plant and simply transplant the entire net pot directly into the soil. It’s an easy, low‑stress method for the plant. For a pack of 100, the quality and price are excellent.

These are by far the best net pots or for that matter any medium for making cannabis clones or any clones from any plant. I use 1/4 vermiculite, 1/4 perlite and 1/2 sphagnum peat moss - Mosser Less's No Damp Off is perfect, with microbes Roots66 K4Less, PH to 5.0 add cloning powder from Kelp4Less, I use DipNGrow or your favorite cloning powder, gel or liquid. and you will have roots ready to go into flower in 7 to 8 days with hundreds of tiny white old lady root hairs. This is by far the best way to clone. And it is way less expensive that buying any medium to root in. I wish I had somebody show me this a long time ago.

Easy to use & clean.

Finally, a net cup that actually fits my cloner slots! I prefer to germinate my plants in my aero cloners to minimize mold, rot, neck collar pucks, and transfer time. I’ve been using tapered 2” net cups that only fit half way in my cloner slots, which requires spacing every other site and covering the slots in between with the foam pucks. It is always a pain and inevitably leaks water. These fit perfectly in all of my aero cloners so every site can be filled. Only complaint is that they are translucent. I wish they came in solid black or white so there would be no light penetration to encourage algae growth. White would be preferable to mitigate heat, but I’ve already ordered another set of these, so it’s clearly not a deal breaker.

If you grow in Oasis, Rockwool or Rapid Rooters, these cubes best fit the small 3/4 inch Oasis cubes with a matching square shape unlike most other round grow baskets. No need to add filler material, the cube completely fills up basket. Quality is nice, very sturdy and well designed large vent holes for roots, easy to clean. I wish they were completely opaque or black. They are frosted translucent. Not an issue in my case since they are submerged and fill a tight hole, but something to take note if your system exposes them to light and could allow algae to grow. Small con to otherwise perfect little pots.

I needed a 1.5" with net pot. This pot does fit into the squares of the system we use. However, about half way down the pot starts to flare out. The pot sticks 1/2:" out of square leaving my plants not reaching the water. I needed them to extend to the bottom. The wool inside doesn't come close.

Small hydroponic net cups. They fit about a 1” rock wool cube. Extremely sturdy. The sides and bottom have large openings which make it easy to remove a plant without damaging it. They are small, so they are mainly good for small plants, starting a plant to transfer to a larger container or rooting a cutting. They are very inexpensive and will last through multiple uses.

Used a spade blade which don't come any larger than 1.5" to make my holes. These little net cups are a perfect fit.
