New Balance Women's WW665WB Fitness Walking Shoe

Well-made and correctly sized, this shoe was designed specifically for walking -- as opposed to running, dancing or general exercising -- and performs as expected and desired. This can be especially important for those needing first-rate arch support. It's too soon to know how the shoe will hold up to daily use, so any comments on that will have to be in the future. Overall, so far, this New Balance Women's Fitness Walking Shoe is up to snuff.

I have arthritis from head to toe. New Balance is one of the Choice of MDs for support. This fit as expected. I did wear all day. It was fine. I had NO blisters or break in process. Yes a little stiff at first like all shoes. and being a Nurse I should have done half days But that being said I had no discomfort. Love New Balance

This shoe is ok, quite light and is pretty true to size in length. However, as I constantly find, even being a 2A it is still too wide. I buy New Balance because they are about the only ones who offer the supposedly narrower fit. It's still too wide and I have to put pads in the heel and arch and bottom to suck up all of that room. Not everyone has big,wide,fat feet and I don't know why the Athletic mfgs. will not offer some actual narrower shoes. They all lean to wide and wider. My feet are not exceptionally narrow anymore, can usually wear a med. width in a dress shoe etc. but they like to make these athletic shoes like wide boxes. Tired of it. C'mon New Balance, make a 2AAA, at least a few of them to work for some of the population!

Instant comfort, wore them 6 hours first day. They are all synthetic, therfore great for people who shun leather. Good support, roomy toe area, and deliciously light weight (8oz. per shoe). I don't feel like my feet are in hot boxes! Just what I need for Atlanta, GA summer. My last pair of New Balance walking shoes (discontinued) lasted forever and I walk a LOT. As these are lighter weight, it's uncertain how long they will hold up. For this reason I withhold one star and will update my review after the summer.

I would recommend this shoe to anyone's whose feet tyre after a while. They are very light weight and so comfortable. They are soft and do not rub anywhere and I could wear them for a longtime without any rubbing to any part of my feet as they are very gentle to the feet. ... I ordered 2 pairs because they are my favorite shoe to wear anytime. They are as comfortable as slippers!

I would recommend this shoe to any walker. Its very confortable & I can wear them all day without complaining that I need to get home so I can take off my shoes. The New Balance shoes fit true to size so I always just order them on the internet & have them mailed to me. No need to go shopping.

I do not know what it is about newer produced sneekers..... all the sizes are way too small and way to narrow in the toe area (side to side). Are ALL sneekers now made in China? If so, China, America has larger feet and need more support. Double check all of your American "sizes" so they coorspond to what we are use too. If I want a size 8 in USA sizes I now have to go up to a 9-1/2 to 10-1/2 to try to make them work but the width is sooooooo narrow too.

Inside soles are hard as concrete! The only reason I gave 2 stars and not one is because they look really nice. If I'm wearing them for just an hour or two, they're fine. Otherwise, forget it. These shoes make my dogs ache!
