The Pampered Chef Microwave Chip Maker

Love this product! Been Purchasing them and giving away as gifts. Love making tostadas, tortilla chips, and potatoe chips in the microwave. Quick and easy and no oil!

I still have not used it as foret to get veggies as well as enough bananas to do the deal.

As I stand here sleepily worrying about my health as I’ve been guzzling potato chips (PC), my mind wanders to this item. I’m working away from home and have no access to it. I’ve made PC’s many times with this pampered chef product which I found new in a thrift store. The potato chips are great, and there is no oil, no frying, & no added salt-unless you choose there to be. I did find it hard to workout the cook time, but patiently I worked at it. I apologize, I cannot remember the exact times, but I can share my process. I would put them in the microwave for maybe 30secs-a minute. I’d get them out, switch them to the second tray thingie. I’d put them back in, and cook them again, I’d do this until I had the potato chips I wanted. I had my method down. I always had good feedback from those I shared them with along with cries for more more. Oh the pleasure they brought. As I sit here knowing my heart doesn’t like my PC fetish, I wish I had my pampered chef microwave PC maker with me. It definitely gets a thumbs up from me.

Can't seem to get the exact timing down, so that it doesn't come out either raw..or burned. Waste of time and money.

I have now made sweet potato and yucca chips using this in my microwave-delivers as promised!

It's a good product, but I'm giving it one star because Pampered Chef site sells this item for $22.50!
