The case does exactly what it says...keeps water off of your phone and protects it when you drop it. I'll give it 5 stars because it does what it advertises it does and it fits the phone perfectly. For my personal use, it wasn't what I wanted, but can't ding the product for that....I should have taken the time to do the research. I would agree with other reviews, that this is not an every day case because the buttons are not accessible. You can text and swipe and do everything else on the phone that you don't need the side buttons for. The rubber surface just takes a little getting used to because it isn't as smooth as a glass surface, but this is not a bad thing..just feels different. Home button and lower menu items to go back and see all apps work. I noticed that lint collects easily on the screen, but since it's waterproof you can clean it, no big deal. You may want to make sure your volume is turned up for receiving phone calls. I didn't have mine set high and I had a hard time hearing someone on a phone call. This is a great case for a water park or sports. I didn't take any photos with it underwater so I can't comment on any clarity.

Horrible case. Sometimes the buttons wouldn't work through the plastic. I wanted to take my phone out of the case and the clips broke off. I definitely don't suggest it for anybody. I'm sure there's better waterproof cases out there.

It works well. It just looks super tacky not my style. And you can't use the side buttons which I use alot so that didn't work well for me.

Great waterproof case. I've used it a couple of times so far, and it keeps dirt and liquids out. Was able to take good video and pictures with this case on. This isn't a case to leave your phone in all the time as the description states there aren't any openings to the charging port or side buttons. Which is fine for periods of time, as I would not leave my phone in the case all day. This is not like an everyday otterbox case, this is a waterproof case for more specific outings. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. No access to the side button to turn off phone. But easy fix, I had to adjust my settings for phone to turn off quickly to keep from draining the battery.

I bought this case entirely so that I could use my phone, the S6 Edge, to take pictures of my 5yr old in the ocean. This case has a hinge at the top, and three latches (one on each remaining side). The case seals your phone in completely, so it is completely waterproof and sand proof. The screen has a thick, soft plastic over the top, that allows for use of the phone. The case does not allow for calls, as it completely sealed. Frankly, I've never wanted to call anyone from the middle of the ocean anyway, so it wasn't exactly a problem for me. I got the phone primarily to take photos while in the ocean, and it works great for that. Both the front and back camera work great, and produce the same crystal clear images you expect while using this phone. This case also comes with a bonus lanyard so that if you're playing in 15ft waves, your phone doesn't go flying off somewhere. I definitely recommend this for active water usage. I use a different case for daily wear, as it's not super practical day-to-day unless you're a mermaid.

I purchased this product prior to going to Discovery Cove to go snorkeling and swimming with Dolphins. My Galaxy S6 Edge takes beautiful pictures but of course I wanted to protect it. I was skeptical at first but after swimming in the lazy river and snorkeling for a few hours, I was happily surprised, however, at one point I went to take a picture and the cord that connected the phone to the lanyard broke off. The snorkel tank I was in was about 20 feet deep and it would have been terrible for it to break while I was not holding the phone. Fortunately the phone was in my hand and I was able to hold on to it until I got back t shore. Had it not been for that, I would've given this product a perfect score because after hours in the water, my phone was perfectly dry. The only other thing I could not figure out was why my phone would not actually take pictures under the water. I would start the camera outside the water but once I went under I assume it would turn off because at the end of my trip I looked at all my pictures and there were none under water, unfortunately. Good product. Great if the string would be stronger and more durable.

I love this case! I would mention, it's definitely not for every day use. You are not able to lock or power down the device at all without removing it from the case, and it is very hard to hear or be heard while making phone calls with the case on. However, it is water proof, and very durable. There is also a wrist strap that came with the case, that was very useful. I used this case when I went white water rafting. I tied my camera to my life jacket, and away we went without incident. The case did not hinder the capabilities of my camera in any way. Definitely a great product, especially for the price!

Took this on a vacation for my GS6 Edge and after being submerged under calm waters for about 5 minutes at 2 feet (max), the case failed and drowned my phone. I had to use my insurance ($199) to replace my phone. This case might be water resistant but it's definitely not what it's claimed to me.
