Easy to install
Looks good. Seems to be good quality. Works well. However: (I assume this is not restricted to this particular model) I installed it with the option of using the long hose/tube directly inserted into the original bottle of the dishwasher liquid. (Member’s Mark Liquid Dish Soap). After not using the dispenser for about three weeks the liquid had dried in the tube and in the dispenser. The customer service was helpful and suggested I soak everything in warm water. That helped a bit, but I still had to blow out the tube. Now everything works and I have diluted the dishwasher liquid with water and hope this will prevent the system from clogging again.

An amazing upgrade to the normal soap dispenser!
The greatest idea! The need to change the soap monthly has been eliminated. Just buy a large size of Dish soap, dilute 30% and use for months! Works exactly as described, I've been using it for a year and there is no rusting or leaking. Looks great and is the most used aspect of the sink (except the faucet). Just love it!

Good Soap dispenser for the price
I was pretty pleased with the look for the soap dispenser when I unboxed it. I wasn't interested in using the bottle but wanted to use the longer hose with a soap bottle refill. My issue was the hole where the soap dispenser was going to be installed is behind the dishwasher (not sure what the people that owned the house before me were doing). So the hose was going to work just fine as there's a hole in the partition that separates under the sink and where the dishwasher is. Install was simple and straight forward. However, it's worth mentioning that the instructions are incorrect. The instructions mention to thread the shorter side of the 47" extension tube up through the threaded shank and attach it to the pump. However, you need to attach the longer side of the extension tube to the pump. I will give the seller credit. Before the item arrived, they are already sent detailed instructions via email. They correct the instructions and say to install the longer side of the tube to the pump. So this is just something to mention. You can tell which side of the tube to install because one side is cut straight (flat) and the other is cut at an angle. The angled end of the tube goes in to the soap bottle while the flat connects to the pump. Make sure the arrow on the check valve is pointing up/towards to the pump as you are lifting the soap "up" from the bottle when pumping. It took probably 200 pumps to prime the pump. So it may be worth your while to suck/siphon the soap up as other people have mentioned. Once it was primed it works great and gives a generous amount of soap in a single pump.

This dang thang works great!
Easy to install. Here's a tip I learned though: I had to take a pen to "reem" out the end of the surgical-style tube a little (that I previously heated up in hot water in a glass for 5 minutes to make even more flexible) and put a little slippery dish soap in the tube end in order to insert onto the pump stem up top. The first time I tried it, the end split about half an inch so I just cut that mistake off- there's plenty of length in this super flexible (just not enough to easily attach). But I'm glad- that means that it will stay attached. The rest of "assembly" was more than a breeze. The parts included are all good quality for this purpose. You get 2 barbed rubber "corks" that fit into the 2 most popular sized liquid dish soap plastic bottles (I put in the large sized bottle to make life easier for my mom, and when I visit there often in the weeks since, I notice that the unit pumps soap out on the first press- works great.

Great value for money!!
The original soap dispenser included in our brand new house broke. We were living here only for 8 months now so we’re bummed that it did not last long. My husband bought this as a replacement while we are waiting for the new parts to arrive from the builder. It’s sleek and easy to install. It’s lightweight and gives out a good amount of soap. It’s easy to clean and matches our aesthetics. The part arrived from the builder but we decide to keep using this. It’s easy to use and has great value for the money. Just hoping that it will outlast our previous soap dispenser. Will give an update!!!

Works for now but feels fragile
It was more complicated than it should have been to put together. The directions are unclear and appear to be related to a different model. The soap bottle plugs didn't fit, so I improvised by using the soap bottle cap to hold the tube in the bottle and prevent soap spillage if the bottle tips over. And finally, the visible top part is all plastic with a cheap feel. I was replacing a failed metal one. All that said, it works fine for now, thought it feels fragile.

Works great
After installation, which was very straightforward, they pumped an appropriate amount of soap. The longer than usual arms provided excellent clearance from counter to sink. Very reasonable price. UPDATE, 9/16/2025: One of the dispensers stopped drawing soap, which was resolvable via their very thorough support page. All soap dispensers can build up soap deposits when not used for prolonged periods ,eg. while traveling overseas etc. The support page also recommends diluting the soap reservoir, which reduces the possibility of clogging, and obviously saves $.
