Would these #11 blades fit the fiskars fingertip craft knife?

They fit perfectly in an Exacto knife. I’m sorry I can’t say if they fit in anything else. Great deal though.

Would these be good for lancing a cyst? Or can you buy a scalpel?

I suppose they could work for that, although they are NOT surgical or medical equipment, rather these are for hobbyists. Lance away if that's what you need.
