Helped with the frizz
This is one of the few masks I have found that I like. I have THICK, long, grey (colored dark blonde), and FRIZZY hair. This helped tame a lot of frizz. I was impressed. I need to order more right now.

EXCELLENT FOR HAIR THAT TANGLES EASILY
I did some research about a year ago, trying to find a good hair (rinse out) conditioner. I ended up with 3 I could not decide between, so I purchased all 3 and have been using this one (and it's replacements) for about 2 years. The other leave-in conditioners did not perform as well as this one. The scent is nice, the product creamy and easy to get out of the container. I have grown my hair out so that it is halfway down my back, and I use plenty of conditioner on it. I doubt I would have been able to grow it this long (without a length trim!) without this conditioner! I hope the manufacturers never quit making it!

Not for my hair
I have average, medium stand, medium thick hair that is color treated with bleached streaks. My hair isnโt fried but it was feeling a little dry so I wanted to get something for additional moisture. After washing and conditioning I used a generous amount of this hair masque and left it in for 10 minutes instead of the recommended 7 minutes. As I was rinsing it out my hair started to tangle and knot up as if it had been stripped. What a mess. I needed two more coats of conditioner just to get a comb through it. I am quite happy they accept returns ๐
