OMG! I love love love these. The quality is EXCELLENT! I was praying these lunch boxes were not like the ones you see in the 99 Cents store. These are tough boxes and they lock on all 4 sides and it is a TIGHT seal!! My son has Autism and I was sending his lunch in these boxes and the teachers wanted to know where I got them. Lol I was worried my son wouldn't know how to open, but he did so with ease. AND his food was kept nice and neat without any spills in his book bag. The only thing is that the box does not fit into his SpongeBob lunch bag. But I figured it was time to get a new bag anyway. They lunch box is more durable then the lunch bag (lunch bag not purchased by KOMAX- lol). The box has separate compartments to separate foods that you may not want to mix (or in my case- not sure my son will eat and wouldn't want him to discard of the entire tray of food- ((veggies)) )This is a perfect lunch box for a kid or adult. Highly durable and High Quality. I give it a 10 and a Thumbs up. Good Product. Thanks

These are nice containers that appear to be very durable. I like the thickness of the main contain and I love how it snaps onto the base with the rubbery seal. Seems to seal tightly and I have no concern that the lid will pop off. These have been through the dishwasher and still look great. I LOVE that you can put the little plastic boxes into the main container to separate out your food. It allows you to put your entire lunch in one container if you want. Tacos, I put all the cold ingredients in, put meat in one of the small containers, and sauces in another small container. I can pull out the container with the meat, heat it up and I am good to go, no extra fussing or containers. The ONLY think about these that I don't love is the small inside containers are a bit bent looking and that they do not next inside of each other when you are not using them, it gets kind of messy inside of the cabinets, but neither of those things is a huge deal.

The size is great, the quality is great, and they're perfect for packing lunches comprised of primarily dry foods. If you pack something wet, like curry or something with gravy, though, you have to keep the lunch boxes level (because the inside containers don't meet the lid and therefore spill and leak); otherwise it's just a mess. So, while the containers are "leak proof" in the sense that you can fill them with water, snap the lid on, and hold them sideways with no leaking, the inner compartments are not at all leak proof, and you could end up at lunch time with a weird mixture of rice, curry, and fruit in each compartment, like I did last week when I failed to keep the container level during transport!

These are really good. I bought all the fancy expensive bento boxes for my preschooler, but it's too heavy and big! This light weight but very sturdy plastic bento is the one I use daily without any problems. No leaking, stains, smells and fits more food with a smaller footprint. The other ones were too big or wide and wouldn't fit into his cloth outer lunch bags. Komax is small so fits anywhere with space left over for a thermos, milk, or juice container. And it's so easy to wash.

I've been using the Komax Lunch Boxes for a few weeks now and they have turned out to be a great purchase! I bought two sets of 3 and use these containers for my lunches at work. Each container includes three removable small compartments, a shallow bottom, and a lid with a removable sealing insert and side latches. The seal uses a silicon or rubber band within the lid, creating suction when the latches are snapped down around the bottom of the container and locking in freshness. The inner containers may be removed or rearranged as needed to create space for differently sized foods. For example, the smaller containers could contain sides or condiments and rearranged to allow either a typical peanut butter sandwich or a longer roll/sandwich wrap. As other users have stated, the removable compartments are not as tall as the sides of the bottom part. As a result, liquids can leak into the main compartment if the container is jostled. I get around this either by placing my sandwiches in ziplocs or the main entree in the larger removable compartment. For my work lunches, I prepare the food the night before and freeze the meal overnight in these containers. The meals freeze well and do not suffer freezer burn. Also, these containers are composed of heavy-duty plastic and do not break while in the freezer. I have not used these containers in the microwave yet, but due to the heavy-duty plastic I believe these containers will hold up well in a microwave. The containers hold up well in the dish washer and the silicon/rubber seals have neither shrunk nor grown in size. Due to the inner compartments being slightly shorter, I'd recommend not using the inner compartments with soups or other liquids unless they are frozen overnight to prevent spilling. This does not negate the advantage of keeping your food fresh and highly portable. Not to mention, the small compartments are perfect for controlling and proportioning food intake. I can fit several peach, pear, or apple slides within one of the compartments and berries in the other. These lunch boxes are also useful for freezing leftovers as well for future dinners. I highly recommend this product and will order it again if I must replace any of my lunch boxes.

They say 100% leakproof and this is true if you are looking at the whole lunch box but if you put something in the individual trays they will leak all over everything else because they don't seal individually. Other than that they seem to be very high quality and they seem to hold up in the microwave and diswasher. Good product but be aware that the smaller interior containers will leak.

I like it so much!!! It is leak proof over all but not inside. The dividers have small gaps so I suggest positioning it upright if you have something with sauce (or liquid?). I like how you can choose which part you can heat up. And easier to clean too.

Portion sizes are nice, easy to use. There is no air separation or seals between internal compartments: flavors can "leak" from one food to another if they are in there for some time. This is not an issue for me, so these work great.

I bought it for my hubby's lunches. Now I spend 1 evening for fill all boxes and don't worry all week. Food stay fresh 4 days sure. Portion size is enough for big man

These are a great size. Plastic is nice quality. The seal and latch very tight. They are fine in the dishwasher. I like the 3 sections that are tucked inside the main container to keep the foods from touching.I would buy them again.

Nice product, could be a touch bigger.
