Can you make the round base only display white instead of cycling through colors? Can the electronics that produce the colors be taken out or removed?

I am not 100% sure that the LED bases can be removed easily, they are glued in place.

Can I pour epoxy directly onto the light if the stand was integrated into the mold?

There are two considerations for what you want to do. Firstly, you may damage the LED with the solvents in the resin. Secondly, you have to think about heat. LEDs are small but they convert a lot of their energy in to heat. The heat may accumlate and crack the resin or cause a failure in the LED. I have never seen any LED projects with embedded LEDS in resin, there has to be a reason for this. Cheers :-)

How long is the cord?

The length of the USB cable is about 1.5m (5 feet). Yes, a USB cable, you'll need a USB power supply to power the stand.I bought an inexpensive USB plug-in for $5 for two, it works fine... :-)
