Great customer service
There was a misunderstanding and I was all ugly about it but despite my attitude TJ was patient and kind. 5 stars for customer service. Now, about the cookies, mine weren't as crumbly as other peoples were so that was a nice surprise. The taste was between "meh" (not bad - not great) and what was supposed to be a cream center was more like gum. Not sure why that was but regardless I was not able to enjoy the cream biscuits like I was hoping.

These biscuits were stale, tasted awful and definitely were not worth the price. Have someone mail it from home, then at least they will be received well.

Delicious
Very delicious the few that were in whole. Only downside some of the biscuits got crushed in shipment. But the taste is top quality.

Yummy and crumbly
These are great cookies. I was very disappointed in the packaging. They arrived in a brown envelope and were worse for the wear. It appeared that they had been thrown around - crumbled and damaged. A more protective packaging should have been used. 😥

Need Improvement in Shipping Packaging
The product is fine. The biscuits were a little drier and more crumblier than I recall getting in Australia, but that was not the issue. They were tossed in a box too large for them. The biscuits themselves are in an Arnott's package that has a light, flimsy, flexible lower component into which they sit. rather loosely as it happens. The top is just a light cover. Which means when they are put in a box 10x their size, even with a bit of large air-filled bubbles for protection, most are smashed beyond recognition on arrival. And they were. That is my only feed back for what is otherwise a completely acceptable transaction.

Great Cookies!!
I bought these because I'm a HUGE Wenthworth fan and Boomer`s favorite cookie is the Monte Carlo. I know I spent a ridiculous amount of money on them, but i wanted to try them. They did travel all the way from Australia.

Don't waste your money.
Don't waste your money ! I received my order this afternoon and they're all broken in pieces :( if you can, order directly from Arnotttt's in Australia. They do an excellent job of protecting the cookies/biscuits. My other biscuits order came well packed and unbroken shipped from Australia. Of course, the shipping took longer but the biscuits were all intact. Well done Australia.
