After taking several times there is a noticeable energy boost that occurs within an hour after consumption. You will feel sharper, Fatigue will subside, endurance will increase, and energy will take over you sometimes to much especially if close to bedtime. Would recommend 1x a day for a week then increase to 2x if needed. I can confirm the benefits are real, I am a healthy 22 year old for reference and even I notice a change in my physiology! Im not sure why but I keep getting them stuck in my throat :( I am very sensitive to this though so if you don't have an issue with that then you shouldn't have a problem. I also personally couldn't tell that I had barely taken any until I took 2 which also made it discouraging since I felt I had purchased a higher dose purposely to only need to take 1 pill at a time. Still giving 4 stars since the pill swallowing problem is likely more of a me problem. Hope my review is helpful.

I strongly prefer Micro Ingredients' panax ginseng extract powder, which seems a lot more potent when ingested. I usually mix the powder in homemade encapsulated health supplements and find it to be very beneficial. However, these ginseng softgels still get the job done as an overall tonic, helping to protect the body against disease. As a powerfully stimulating adaptogen, ginseng improves mental clarity, energy, focus, mood, motivation and sexual problems, while reducing stress. It's good for modulating your immune system, protecting your heart and reducing DNA damage. The main active components of ginseng are ginsenosides, which function as antioxidants that protect the outer membranes of cells, particularly nerve and immune cells. I normally really like micro ingredients supplements, but this one has a California warning label about the dangers of exposure to leadon it, that I didn’t know about until it arrived. And maybe it doesn’t mean anything but maybe it does? I don’t know. But it doesn’t make me feel good about taking it. Why isn’t there testing to show that it doesn’t have lead? It says it’s third-party tested, but doesn’t say it doesn’t have lead either. I’m really disappointed because as a supplement, and they’re normally not returnable. I might try through Amazon to return them. Sometimes I can figure out how to make it happen, but sometimes I can’t. I just don’t understand why they would put out a supplement with a warning about lead if it’s not an issue. And they weren’t exactly cheap either. Come on micro ingredients. You can do better than this can’t you? Test for heavy metals and put it on your label. 🤷🏻‍♀️
