Rare. I know hot sauce. If you love heat and you know hot sauce, then you already know this sauce. If not, trust me - this sauce is amazing! Heat with wonderful flavor. It parallels somewhat with Scorned Woman with less focus on black pepper. Incredible sauce out of Florida. You will not be disappointed. Nice semi-thick texture…goes well with meats…just high quality sauce that hot sauce liver should always have stock along with Scorned Woman, Matouks line of sauces, Yellow Bird, and the cheap classic - Valentina (best on bean burritos)!

Product is an awesome product -- flavor is magical and unique -- has a solid salty flavor along with mild spice for a bottled hot sauce -- first tried this at Firehouse Sub's and loved it there -- not sweet at all, so pure savory magic. Please know that the shipper will only provide a minimum amount of protective wrapping around this, and your bottle will almost definitely be damaged in shipping. The box did not show any signs of rough handling -- so the bottle did not survive even the most minimum of shipping challenges. Now I am stuck with trying to find a new lid and worrying about any contamination/glass fragments, or do I just throw this out? Not sure at this point. Love the product and was looking forward to it -- I did get a refund -- but that hardly covers the dissapointment of poor packing. Follow up - so when you get your bottle and it is broken, you will try to do a return or replacement and it will tell you that this product is not eligible for return or replacement and that will make you mad.... if you keep looking you will find the button that allows for a refund... That is the button that you want in this case. I am changing the rating on this product from a one to a five -- the product is awesome! The reseller, not so much. so I don't want to punish the product.

I saw this sauce on the world wide web and decided to give it a try. I love trying hot sauces and always search for new and unique flavors. This is like no other I've have tried before and I was hooked the first taste I had. It has been am excellent pair with things like fresh oysters, sardines, pizza and eggs. I added it to some shrimp tacos and was further blown away. The flavors in the sauce just work excellent with everything it touches. One of the rare occasions where I would actively recommend it to people because of its great qualities and for not tasting like a carbon copy of every other bland hot sauce.

Coworkers introduced me a year or so ago and so happy I came across this on Amazon. Soooo tasty and worth the money.

Please buy this. It’s freaking magnificent in a Bloody Mary, it’s great on anything- and I make my secret sauce with. It’s not a secret- it mayo, ketchup, and gator sauce; and it is the milkshake that will bring all the boys (or girls, or anyone in between) to your yard.

This is our go to hot sauce! The flavor is so unique. It’s not too spicy, it’s just right. We love it with breakfast foods, especially breakfast pizza! We get this regularly and will be continuing to order it! It’s so good, you have to try it for yourself!

My husband only wants this hot sauce for Christmas, Birthdays, etc!

The texture of this hot sauce is great and the flavor is outstanding. The texture is something rare in hot sauces and I really enjoy it. To me it’s medium heat so most people can handle it.
