I thought the idea was pretty cool being able to answer anonymously and not being fearful as to whether your answer is correct or not. It did it's job. I had no issues with using it at all. Review: great clicker - I needed this for school, and I hated to spend my precious money on anything for school, but I have to say this clicker was worth it. it connects every time, and the batteries lasted forever. it holds up well too, as I am a college student, and it has been in some nasty environments, and many a liquid has touched it, but it still turns on every time, and works. great product.

Decent use for classes
Purchased because my university required this clicker for use it class. Pretty standard, accurate, no issues. Only tip I can give is to write down the ID on the back as it is used to register your clicker. The ink used fades pretty quickly and although it can be tracked down, it can save you a bit of time having to do so. A new clicker is available soon and this one will be replaced, called iclicker 2. Good thing is that the battery life is long!

I>Clicker
I>Clickers are wonderfully simple and reliable. I'm using them to manage quizzes and encourage attendance and participation in the classes I teach in a California Community College. I'm the first to use them on our campus so I have no one to ask about the technical details. No need. They couldn't be simpler to run or more reliable. Even the recording and grading software for the instructor are simple and adaptable. This is a great product!

functional but not functional straight out the box
The seller offered the clicker first gen device at an amazing price used for $10 and had listed that the only imperfections were cosmetic on the outside. Everything looked fine until I opened up the device to put in the batteries. When I opened the device, the batteries had the WORST corrosion I had ever seen. I mean like these batteries must have been in there for 20 + years the amount of corrosion that was present. I had to grab a knife and scoop out all the corroded dust that had gathered on the batteries and device and easily took 20 plus minutes.

Click away and secure that A
The battery life of the iClicker astounded me, I used it for four years of college and never changed the battery once. I remember in my senior year, a lot of students were using a second model, so I'm not sure if Gen1 is outdated and irrelevant, but nevertheless, one of the best and most worthwhile $10 investments for my college course supply lists.

I'll say what you're thinking....
Look, you have to buy this because it's required for your class. It's expensive, it's unreliable, it breaks after 1 week of use (usually). Here's a couple of tips: 1. Cover the serial number with nail polish, it will keep that scratch-off ink from disappearing so you cant sell it back. 2. If it doesn't work, check the batteries and slap it against your hand, if that doesn't work, turn it over and slap it against your hand. Keep repeating until it can either turn on or turns on automatically. 3. To change the channel, Hold down the "ON/OFF" key for a few seconds until it blinks, if the two digit code you type in is correct, the light will blink green. 4. DO NOT pack this anywhere it can get even light shocks, I like to keep it in the side pocket of my backpack since it cannot be hit there very easily. 5. Sell it back early, many students will try to sell it at the end of the semester so the price will drop dramatically. After the last in-class quiz (Check the syllabus or talk to the professor) run to the nearest bookstore or throw it up on eBay. 6. DO NOT BUY THE EXPENSIVE "2.0" version! This one works just fine (as long as your instructor allows it) It sucks, but we've all got to use it.

Clean Clicker
I purchased this for my chem/bio courses in college. What a great little tool! I installed batteries it in when I first received it, & never had to replace them the three years I used it. I'm sure it would have lasted longer, but I only needed it for that length of time. It's so easy to use, & I never had any issues with it. It's a great size too. It fits easily in a small side pocket of your back pack or even your own pants pocket, if that's the only thing you want to bring to class! Easy Peasy little gadget!

I love this product because it came in good shape and now I can use it in class. I will recommend this to other students like me because the price is quite affordable.

Needed it for school and wasn't going to buy a new one. It works fine and the seller was very good to deal with.

I opened the package and an old battery was in it but this was the least of my worries. When I flipped over the iClicker the code was completely eroded. No matter the angle I hold it at with respect to the light I could not decipher most of the text (and I have 20-20 vision). Furthermore, even if I guessed the digits which I absolutely couldn't see, the remote did not turn on when I put brand new Duracell batteries in it. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
