Perfect fit for my 2000 Lincoln, works fine.

Excellent Product, Wife happy with A/C in her car again :-)
I installed this on one of our Lincoln Mark VIII's. I wanted a quality product and Denso has always been great. The casting on the aluminum is great- not cheap it is quality, came full of oil (enough for the full system) so that was one less thing to purchase!! Tough installation (Lincolns fault) but after that installation A/C does get down to 60degrees again and that is very nice in Florida weather.

Lasted 5 months
Installed this according to their instructions along with replacing what was suggested and a complete system flush. After charging with r134a the system worked like new, abt. 45 deg. outlet temps. That was 5 months ago, today I had very little cooling, checked with gauges (20 yrs. ac buisness) and found the charge low. After leak testing I found the compressor seal leaking. That's pretty sad, I purchased this Denso compressor because it was a Ford recommended replacement so I guess that doesn't mean anything. This is not an easy compressor to replace, the labor I have to eat, lets see how well I do with the warranty. To be continued. Turns out Amazon is not a licensed seller for Denso so the manufacturer will not honor the warranty. Thanks Amazon !

Denso AC PUMP 2006 FORD MUSTANG
Inspected product. Plug location from seller product are on top and original plug position for 2006 ford gt is on 9 o'clock position. Had splice harness and extend wire do to new location.

Failure after 4 months / 3000 miles
I installed this A/C compressor four months ago along with a new orifice, new receiver/drier, new evap core, and new condenser. There are no leaks and it was professionally evacuated, but now it cycles on only 10% of the time. Freon levels are fine, but the compressor is making tons of bearing noise. I bought Denso because it should be the best, but I was proven wrong here. I am disappointed.
