Defective Softgel SLEEPING AIDES
I received my GenCare SleepAid Softgels 96 soft gels. So I opened the bottle up to take one out for tonight and found they were all stuck together and could not even pry them apart with my finger. I looked and found No Silcone Absorbing Moisture Packet that alot of times comes with soft gel type products. I went to file a replacement exchange and it came up NO REFUND ALLOWED took me by surprise and then VERY UPSET/IRRITATED! Now I spent money on a USELESS Product that I can't use and CAN'T REPLACE with a USEFUL Product. I hope CUSTOMER SERVICE Reads this and will be Honorably send me a Replacement or refund to my Prime Credit Card so I can then purchase a similar product. If they don't do that I will have to reconsider buying various items from Amazon and I am a Good Customer of theirs but if a Defective Product is sent to me I am not shy about getting it replaced or Refunded as they should stand up 100% for products they offer on the on their website. Thank You for any Assistance You can provide for this Defective Purchase Terry Lynch
