What are the dimensions of the changing pad area? Trying to figure out how old of a kid this can be used for

The changing mat area is 22 inches long and and 21.5 inches wide. We use it for my 2 year old and it works great.

How many diapers can this hold?

It holds 3 to 5 diapers- depending on the size.

Is the exterior of this cloth? Is it easy to clean on the outside

I bought this as a gift but I do remember thinking how handy this would be. If I’m remembering correctly it is vinyl. Easy to clean.

When all folded up, what are the dimensions?

Maybe 6x12. It’s not very big. Slides into the side of a diaper bag. When folded out, it’s just big enough to lay your little bundle on. I like it. It’s just the perfect size.
