Good product but not as advertised; so disappointed

Bought these to try on advice of physio as my arches had dropped. Worked wonders; with his advice on fitting the wedges underneath. Bought three more pairs this week, but there were none of the advertised wedges, which I do need. Quite mislead and disappointed which is a shame as it is a good product. Had a prompt response to my query and missing items dispatched to me straight away. Brilliant!

Great product with customisable arch support

Recommended by a physio for arch support. Comes with 3 pairs of plastic wedges of varying thickness to support the arches. You just stick it on and it stays in place. I think it's fantastic and offers better support and longevity than the foam based ones. More expensive but money well spent I reckon. I've bought a 2nd pair.

The Xline insoles were easy to cut to size using my shoes' existing insoles as templates, but there were no instructions on how to attach the rear-foot posts. I had to go to Xline's website for this.

Wrong item supplied twice

The product is good. I have been using these inner sole from the NHS for years. But the supplier did send the Xline Extra twice as ordered and just sent the standard mark up as the Xline Extra! The Xline Extra package is suppose to contain the 8° wedges to tilt your foot over.
