This works very well
This headset is very good the volume isn't the best but how loud do you want your music being on a motorcycle anyway, it's just as good as units twice the price, i like it so much i bought another for my other helmet

Loud and clear and easy to install
I haven’t used a rider to rider communicator in almost 20 years and boy did the technology improved. I had no issues installing this but pairing took me a min, but I think as able to connect after few tries. We are using this just for a user to passenger so I don’t know how it works with multiple riders, but it works perfectly for us. My son and I took it out for a test drive and we’re were able to chat away without much interference from wind and street noise. But keep in mind that we are using it for our Ebike which only goes up to 27mph top speed. I did find some discomfort with my ear pieces but I think that’s just how my helmet were made with little room for the ear pieces. Overall, I’m pretty happy with this.

Very Good Inexpensive Bluetooth Headset
I needed a replacement for my Sena SMH10 after I gave mine to my brother, expecting to never need it again. Then I decided I needed something for communications during my motorcycle ride from Richmond, VA to Oakland, CA. I didn't want to spend ~$200 for another Sena so I took a chance on this. All in all it was a good choice with very clear voice transmission while riding @ 70 mph but it is lacking on the speaker end. It was super easy to install in my ZOX modular helmet. A minor complaint was that the flexible microphone holder was about an inch too long but I was able to bend it to keep the mic near my lips. The biggest problem for me, and it might be more my hearing deficiency than this product, was my inability to understand telephone conversations or hear music at speeds greater than 35 mph. On the Sena I had the option to plug different speaker sets into the BT unit. When touring at speed I would use earbuds that had decent noise isolation. When doing low speed activities such as bicycle race officiating I would plug in the helmet speakers. This worked well for me and I wish such an option was available. Navigation voice information was always understandable no matter the speed. All in all a worthwhile purchase for my trip.

Calibrate your Expectations of Price vs Performance
This is my second one; I returned the first one. The problem I experienced with the first one is that when playing music via Bluetooth thru my phone, it would cut out for 1-2 seconds every 10 to 20 seconds. Very annoying! For phone calls I didn't experience any cut outs and I did not try the FM or intercom functions. Now, with the second one, I still experience cut outs with music - but it only happens once every few minutes. For the money... I'm going to accept this problem as 'you get what you pay for'. I want some functionality, but I don't want to spend hundreds on a system. At this price point, I feel like this is one of the better options. I found it relatively easy to install (I have full-face Bell Qualifier helmet), it connected easily with my phone, and the clarity on phone calls is good - both speaker and mic. Quality of music isn't great (not much bass or mid frequencies) - but it's listenable. I use an iPhone. Customer service on the return was very prompt.

Packs A Lot of Power!
I wasn’t sure what the quality and volume of this unit will be, but it turned out to be very loud and with clear quality. I had a pair of Beats headphones (the smaller version) that needed the band repaired, so I swapped the speakers. To my surprise, the Beats were just barely noticeably louder. I would have easily been just as satisfied using the speakers that came with the unit. In fact, I put those inside of my Bluetooth beanie, and I can’t even turn them all the way up at work, or I won’t be able to hear anything around me. The installation was about equal to any unit, the Velcro is extremely strong, and the unit itself has two mounting options. I went with the adhesive option and so far it’s holding up strong. The battery also seems to last quite a while, so overall, I’m impressed. The only thing I would say could be improved are the buttons. When wearing gloves it’s hard to differentiate one button from the other, so it’s easy to press the wrong button sometimes. It’s not a big problem, so I won’t make a fuss about it.

Great headset for the money
This headset was incredibly easy to install and set up. It looks fine on the side of my helmet and the sound quality at low speeds (under 30 mph) is excellent. Over about 40mph its pretty difficult to hear anything, so I'd recommend this headset for anyone who regularly navigates around an urban environment and needs to be able to clearly hear directions through a navigational app.

Not worth it.
Volume is too low, even for a 50cc kids bike, I was literally screaming at my child for him to hear me, no other source of noise around, his bike is even limited to 1/3 of its power. I couldn't pair with my Packtalk because the devices would not go on pairing mode after pairing them one time with each other, tried it ALL. I've had other cheap headsets but this one is pretty bad. The main reason I got this device was for the jack, I thought I could plug normal headphones to not have to use a helmet while watching my son, that jack is supposed to be an input. I didn't get to test the range, I was frustrated enough with not being able to communicate as the device is intended to.
