Does this only take olympic plates. One answer says yes and the other says no

The one I received can use either olympic or standard plates for the deltoid arms, but the shoulder press arms are olympic only.

Does this machine works for someone that is 6'1 with broad shoulders?

The seat is adjustable so I would say yes to the height. Also yes to the broad shoulders. I really like this machine. I do half my workout with my back against the seat (as shown in the ad) and the other half with my chest against the seat. This hits the shoulders and traps at slightly different angles. You notice there are two handles for shoulder pressing. You use the second pair of handles for sitting facing the machine. I hope you enjoy this machine as much as I do.

Where are the directions to assemble this item

It should be in the box but mine came with very poor instructions that didn’t really help, and I just used the image of it as better reference to assemble it. Took an hour to complete it.
