What is difference between the McKenzie Lumbar Roll #700 and the Slimline Roll #705? Thank you.

I can see why you asked since the description doesn't really describe the difference. From the pictures, I would say that the 700 (which is what I got) is fatter than the 705. I find that the 700 works for me but if I had it to do over, I would get the 705. That said, the 700 is fairly compressible so it is not uncomfortable. I usually use it in the car.

Can you use it in a car?

If you already have a car with a lumbar type seat, this model will probably be too thick. I use mine in a deep chair and have a thinner type for car.

I can't decide between the full or the half-moon roll style. Any thoughts?

I bought mine for my neck while doing yoga. I never ended up using it. Then, I decided to use it as a lumbar support in the car. I have large Captian's Chairs in the Minivan and the belt was stretched to capacity. The elastic would have given way so I decided to purchase something entirely different.
