I have an old spinal injury from an atv accident. I have compressed disc and bulging disc along with sciatic nerve damage. I have tried multiple lumbar support, but all were too soft with zero support. This lumbar D support works. The high foam density is hard/firm enough that it doesn't flatten out and it's exactly what I needed. I need this to make a 10 hour drive that's coming up.

3 1/2 stars is what I rate this thing, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them 4 I think I can give a good review on this thing since I have been using it 8 hours a day for the past year. I'm also 6'9'' and I have some minor back problems. With that being said... Its definitely better then not having it attached to my chair, I notice my back has improved. The versatility of being able to move it on any part of my back at will is definitely a plus. CON: The strap is for the birds. The buckle does nothing, it slides horizontally and wont stay firm. I had to tie the damn thing in a not to stay on my chair. Its noisy, there is a plastic inside that crinkles every time you move. The shape is lost now, its no longer a lumbar roll, its more of a lumbar blob. I know the con list is large but for the price, this is pretty decent. There are better back supports out there for less or even much better ones for slightly more, but if you catch this guy on sale, I would say go for it.

It’s ok. I’m not 100% sold on it. Might be a bit too much of a curve for some. The elastic band to secure it on your chair doesn’t really work all that well. I have a standard office chair on wheels so I figured wouldn’t be a big deal. It might help my posture and back when I remember to sit with it properly but again not super comfortable because it’s pretty thick.

I sit at a desk often and because of this am getting terrible posture. This was recommended to me and now i take it everywhere because it helps! Recently used on a long plane flight and it may have been the first time my back didn’t hurt. Great purchase for me and i would definitely do it again.

my neighbor uses this in a upholstered chair which she had found uncomfortable. now that she's using this the back problems seem to have disappeared. she absolutely loves it. when my husband first used one of these while driving he found the support to be good but the difficulty in keeping it in place annoying. i was able to push the cord down into the back of the chair which keeps the cushion stable for my neighbor, couldn't do this in the car and the strap just didn't work well. two different people two different responses.

- Foam compresses so much that it is almost useless - Its too small, when it compresses it feels like a relatively narrow/sharp pressure in the back - Needs to be quite a bit bigger and quite a bit firmer to be effective - The strap is not strong enough or built well enough to be able to keep the support in place without moving all over or even sagging - Have to constantly reposition it as it easily moves or gets out of position, this is probably the most frustrating aspect of it - Strap stretched out very quickly and stayed permanently stretched out even when I avoided tightening it too much - Strap appears to be already starting to come apart

This lumbar support product has saved me from huge back pain and has a very high quality. It is very food value for money and would recommend to anyone suffering from back pain. It helps with back support and better posture.

The Solution. I bought another device on Amazon that people recommended for backs but it didn't have significant lumbar support. I have a curve in my lower back and if you need strong and sturdy lower back/lumbar support this "D" shaped cushion is perfect. Round cushions roll away and shift, other cushions are so soft they collapse and don't provide support. This one is PERFECT and is strong enough to hold your back all day or night long. I highly recommend this cushion.
