It works I mean it's a lock and it does lock the door I'm glad I already had the openings you know the holes on the door even the holes for the screws I don't know how easy it would have been to put this in if I had to make those holes myself but nevertheless it works great. One more thing that I forgot at first it was a little hard to turn the key I added a little bit of W-4 inside the keyhole and I started working fine

Very durable
Easy to install and simple to function. Very durable and high quality materials. Just make sure what you are mounting to isn't frail or disfunctional in any way. Makes me feel at ease knowing how heavy duty and solid this lock is and it serves it's purpose immensely.

Reasonably priced locking deadbolt. It was easy to install and once on the door it looked robust. But, internal construction-wise some parts could be a bit sturdier.

I bought this to replace a DL (Dominion Lock) of the same type. These units are not as heavy duty as the Dominion but they were also not the price of the Dominion. The function of the lock is a bit different from the Dominion in that a full turn to engage/disengage is required and in the opposite direction. Overall they are a bit light but should be plenty strong enough to provide good security it installed properly. They also fit a standard Wiser type key blank which is way better than the DL with its own DL blank.
