What is the diameter of the leads?

0.42 mm...I measured a couple for you. They range from 0.42 to 0.41 mm.

Your ad shows 1M, meaning one million ohms, but the color code show 1 ohm. Which is it?

It might be a typo. When I bought these a couple of years ago they were advertised as 1 ohm and were indeed 1 ohm.

How long is the overall length of these resistors? ( body and leads )

The total length is 6cm (2.36 inches).

It says that "multiple values optional". How can I order a variety of values, rather than just choosing one?

Just click on the link as if you were going to purchase the product and then down below in a box in a drop-down menu you click on it and you will see it’ll give you an option of different values to select
