...or find something with the right organization for the types of batteries you use. We sure seem to accumulate a lot of batteries. Batteries waiting for a slot in the charger, freshly charged batteries waiting for a new home, new batteries from partially opened packages, etc. It starts out with just a few, and then it grows and you can never remember which ones are which. At some point, the best way to organize them is with something compartmentalized and purpose built. The batteries fit well into this enclosure, and the floor height of each compartment for different sizes is equalized to keep them all easily accessible. It's pretty sturdy, and the top locks down with a solid snap. I like the divides for the AAA and AA compartments so you can keep rechargeables and regular batteries segregated, or if you have any other needs along those lines (partially used from new, for example). This also prevents strays that somehow seem to end up all over the house, as we now have a designated compartment with labels so we know what's what. We rarely use C's and D's, so it's also nice to have a home for the few we keep on hand. Since we always have more AA and AAA batteries, I got some different enclosures more focused on those.

Finally a good way to organize batteries! This came in clutch over this last Christmas when my kids needed batteries for all their new toys.

This is a good size container. Being a clear plastic you can see how much room you have left. Fits perfectly under sink. Holds a good amount of batteries..

This is just the right size for my needs. I found a couple of disk battery holders that are about the same size as a C battery so it fits all of the batteries I like to have on hand.

This battery organizer fits nicely in a drawer and does a great job holding larger batteries securely. However, the smaller batteries tend to fall over easily, which makes it a bit frustrating to keep everything neat. It would be much better with a few divided sections to keep the smaller sizes in place. Overall, it’s decent but could use some improvement.

Bought this item for the camper. It exceeded my expectations! More room than I imagined. I went from a plastic shoebox to this and there's still room.
