once opened how long are they good for?

I got my last order last year in aug but they didn’t make it past 3 months because I used them up margarita and also mix with lemonade

Pure cane sugar, water, natural flavors, natural raspberry flavor, citric acid, vegetable juice for color

Do they need to be refrigerated after opening?

I do not believe so. They sit out on counters at most coffee shops. We leave ours out, as the bottle doesn’t say it needs refrigeration

They are plastic ( heavy duty).
