I had to give some initial impressions - until now, after a week of constant using it, evaluating the internal and external supply, I am very impressed by its performance and the general quality of construction (so far) and I really like it. I am using it primary for my IOT projects and seems to be very reliable. I got this PSU for a side project that has no sensitive sensors and supplies 5A of power in some engines and heaters. It's a great PSU! Decent price and small compact size for a 5A ... that's all I like about the unit. The buttons are smooth (do not click on the discrete values). Review: A beautiful design and look - I liked it's specs apart from it's beautiful look. It looks smart on the desk. Probably a good choice for a beginner to intermediate sort of studies, experiments and projects. A gave 1 star less because of the price.

Excellent for a hobbyist like myself
I was working on some Arduino project and needed this power supply in order to sort out a project involving stepper motors. It helped me a lot. What I found being a bit fiddly is the dial button: you need a "surgeon hand" to dial in exactly the voltage.

No instructions at all
Cant really say if this is good or bad, no instructions at all, a bit dangerous when it is plugged into a 240vAc supply, will be returning,

Havnt really tested this product yet just made sure it worked and accurate,it was The build though i think is superb,strong metal finish not at all cheap feeling.. i would buy this over just lets hope that further down the line it keeps working Thanks
