How accurate is this in diameter as I need to place it in my Lathe and not have to mess about too much lining it up in the Chuck.

i placed the item in a three jaw chuck so diameter was not important

Clean working plastic.

Useful size plastic rod that cuts neatly with a sharp tennon saw. Drills and turns cleanly with normal tools.
