What is the application name that i need to install on my phone to control it? am i supposed to get 2 cables with it as in the description? i got 1

Here are the steps: 
1.Android and iOS Apps

2.The 'Quran in a Box' comes with a passable user manual. It is not verbose, but it is better than many of the user manuals that are found in boxes these days. It has decent photos with very brief explanations. On the back of the user manual, there are 2 QR codes,1 for an Android app and 1 for an iOS app. The Android QR code does not work, but the app is searchable as "Equantu" in Google Play. The iOS app's QR code does work. Searching "Equantu" does not show the "Quran Speaker" app in the App Store, and the app is #88 if you search "Quran Speaker."

3.The "Quran Speaker" app that is available in Google Play is a nice app, but unfinished. The app is designed for use on a phone. The user interface is very clear, and the screen response is fine. The app navigation and Qur'an navigation is good. This app can be used to control the device's settings, light, Adhan, "Situation" (I think it is a countdown instance alarm), user interface language, translation language, the recitations, 
4.When the auto-longitudinal settings are used, the Adhan timing is not set to the correct times for my location. I am in North America, but the app uses a different calculation method and does not have a calculation method setting. While manually adjusting the setting for each prayer time, I noticed that the app only allows a range of times, so I am not able to adjust the times for Maghrib and Fajr accurately. Maghrib (8:18) will set to 6:57 at the latest. Fajr (5:49) will set to 5:29 at the latest. 
5.The iOS app is easy to acquire through a QR code on the manual. The iOS app interface has bugs when rotating the screen (Parts of the interface freeze while rotating.), so I recommend using the screen lock before opening the app. Tap response with this app is inconsistent and results can be LOUD and time consuming when you lose your place, so I am more comfortable with the Android app.

My speaker keeps saying ‘bluetooth mode on’ I cant seem to bring it back to the surah, please help

I hve the same problem and it is very frustrating. My lamp is not changing modes. It is constantly on bluetooth mode.
