Excellent Alternative to Sweetner
I bought this product in 2021 but have not seen the product back on Amazon since then. At the time, product being sourced (U.S. corn) and manufactured in America was the primary reason for buying from Hoosier Hill. Hoosier Hill allulose worked well in my baked good as a replacement to cane sugar. I hope Hoosier Hill can bring their product back to market on Amazon. If Hoosier Hill can keep the high quality of both raw material sourced from the USA, ideally non-GMO, and manufactured in the US with third party verification, I am glad to pay a premium for those guaranteed and entire product Made In America. Consider bulk poundage sales as well. Thanks Hoosier Hill for keeping it Made in America

Hoosier Hill Farm Allulose is great - no after taste
Hoosier Hill Farm Allulose has no aftertaste and essentially zero carb! I have tried alot of different allulose brands and seriously I can't see or taste any difference between any of them, just the price factor!

Tastes great as a sugar replacement
Tastes great and melts. I use this to make sugar free caramel. The taste is a good replacement for sugar. I enjoy the taste of this and would buy again.

Bag Slightly Opened
I think someone needs to double check the bags in the QC/QA dept. My bag was slightly opened with a small hole at the top which led to the allulose dust coating the inside of the package. Besides that. Ive used this brand before and its still a 10/10 taste wise. You can measure it just like sugar. Ive used it to make marshmellows from scratch.

Excellent quality perfect product.
I absolutely love everything about this product. It is perfect in every way for me. It would take me much more space than there is here to say everything I love about it. My biggest test of this product was a complete success. I made some caramel sauce. I put 3/4 cup Hoosier Hill Farms Allulose in a non-stick pan on medium high heat. I waited till it started to melt and when it did, I stirred till it was all clear and melted. Heat it to a light boil. Boil it until it starts to change to a light caramel color. Don't boil it too long or it will taste burnt. You want it to be a light caramel color. While lightly boiling, I put in four tablespoons of room temperature softened butter. Add all the butter at the same time. Whisk it in quickly but carefully, it bubbles like crazy. Turn off the heat and add six tablespoons of heavy cream all at once. I wisked it all together and added a teaspoon of vanilla. Let it cool. The attached picture is a picture of my caramel sauce. It couldn't have turned out more perfectly. Overnight in the refrigerator it did not over thicken, crystalize or change in any way. I love this product and I will continue to buy more. 8 servings with 0.8 net carbs per two tablespoons serving size. You may get a different calculation depending on the heavy cream brand that you use. I also used it to make vanilla ice cream and it turned out perfectly. Two cups heavy cream, one cup canned coconut milk, 3/4 cup HHF Allulose, 2 egg yolks, 1 tbsp vanilla. Thoroughly mix all ingredients and freeze in a 2 quart ice cream maker. Super low carbs for eight servings. Thank you for this outstanding excellent perfect product!

Good for Keto
Con: Allulose isn't as sweet as I had anticipated and I'd guess that you need to increase the amount called for by about 25% to 30% to achieve the same sweetness levels as other keto sweetners. Pro: it's keto, low carb, leaves no aftertaste that I can detect, and doesn't have that "cooling" sensation that I get from erythritol. Having to add another quarter cup to a recipe is a small price. I generally have found that if I mix allulose with a monk fruit/erythritol blend, the result is phenomenal. People can't tell the difference in my recipes so it's a win!

No Longer Made in USA
If you go to their website, the back of the product clearly indicates it’s made in the Midwest (only reason I bought). The one I got just says packaged there. Same made in China crap everyone else sells I presume. Other than that. Tastes okay. Sweet with mild chemical aftertaste.

Nice
I purchased this brand instead of my usual. I don't remember why haha! I didn't notice much difference. Still replaces regular sugar just fine. For anyone unable to use table sugar, I would recommend you give this a shot. I think you will notice a big difference. I will never go back to just plain sugar.
