Based on the headline I'm sure you think Promescent is the hero here. It's not. I am LOL. This is the last review on this you gotta read fellas. Been using this stuff since 2016 so yes, veteran. Wasn't necessarily dealing with PE, I was average (20-30 min) but was back to dating and had been without for a while and didn't want that drought to have me performing like a red shirt freshmen (fellas you know what I'm talking bout lol). So with that backdrop out the way I went on a search to find some assistance if you will to get me through that initial barrier. I fell in love with the stuff! For reference, I've purchased this from the maker directly on their site, from Amazon and from Target and every single one performed as the first. I've read a lot of comments claiming that the stuff from Amazon is somehow different, it's not. It's the same stuff. I've also read a bunch of reviews complaining about it being "empty". It's not empty, it's a precise amount which you're told exactly how much liquid (in ml) is there and how many sprays total are in it directly on the wrapper (10,20,40,60). I've used the trial size (bought that my first purchase out of fear it wouldn't work), and the mid sized one's that Target usually carries, as well as the largest size via Amazon and promescent's website. I've used all of them and again, they are the same. When it comes to how to use the stuff, even the maker has that part wrong, which is why I'm the hero lol. The directions tell you to spray it and wait, do your do and then clean it off. That's wrong, and stupid. Which is why so many of you are saying it's being transmitted to your girlfriend's or wives and is messing up their experience. Pro tip: Spray it, wait 10-15 minutes (at least!), wash it off, and THEN have at it like a star! It soaks into your skin so washing it off won't make it lose potency... It will however, eliminate the transfer issue as well as the smell which the reviews on that are spot on. It DEFINITELY smells like Bengay, so you'll want to wash your hands after applying as to not give away the smell. Unless your girl goes immediately to your junk she won't be able to smell it. Now, what you do within that 15 minutes and how you play it off with your significant other is totally in your hands, I am merely the messenger! My advice is if you smoke, go have a smoke. If you don't, have your girl/wife/whatever take a shower first (should be at least 15 minutes or you have another issue entirely!) and then shower up behind her. From there, I promise you, you will be rewarded... An hour is not out of the question using this stuff and if you've reached grown man status and have mastered your stroke and control you can certainly push an hour 30 easy! I wasn't paid for this (I should've been) nor was I offered any free product (hint, hint @promescent) so my review is totally unbiased though it is totally, definitely for sale. Anything anybody else says regarding this is wrong, and if this doesn't help you nothing will. You're all welcome in advance! P.S. I picked the perfect time to buy this. I noticed as I was getting older (and I’m still decently young at 31) that my ability to last in bed was decreasing. It was a concern for me and I did research to find a product like this. I picked the perfect time to buy too, they’ve doubled the amount of sprays this travel size bottle holds from 10 to 20. I know you may think 20 sprays for $25 is a bit much but let me assure you no other product works. No pills, no supplements, no creams, and no gels work like this stuff! It’s so simple yet so ingenious what they’ve done too (if you research their secret ingredient). The 3 major complaints you will read in the comments are A) It didn’t work B) It worked too well & C) It stinks. My opinion is that the people who complain it didn’t work may not have used the product correctly. My suggestion is to apply 1-2 sprays on the entire head, 1-2 to the ring around the head, and 1-2 to the most sensitive area on the underside of the shaft (it’s just below the head. The part that makes you finish wayyyyy to fast. Yes. That sensitive area). ALSO, the longer you wait for the product to soak into your skin the more effective it will be. Rub it in good! The bottle states wait 10 minutes. For me 20-25 minutes is when it kicked all the way in. I’ve waited as long as 60 minutes before having sexual contact after applying and I was fine. During sexual intercourse I noticed I lasted 3-5 times longer than usual. Why? After applying the product to the target areas and waiting 15-25 minutes the target areas will be numb. That’s it! It will not effect your erection or ability to stay up. To those saying it works too well. I suggest you do not, again absolutely do not apply the product to the entire shaft. Focus on the first half of your shaft only. From the head to mid shaft and stop! My theory is you want some feeling in you little guy at least somewhere. So why not the mid shaft to the base? Works for me. Lastly those who complain about the smell are correct. It smells like medication or ointment for sore muscles. The longer you wait before intercourse after you apply, the less potent the smell is though. Also once you wait my suggested 15-25 minutes you can wipe you member with a damp cloth or rag and reduce the smell that way. Also, wash your hands very well. Smell gets on your hands too. The smell will only be most noticeable to a woman if you have you hands all in her face, or your member in her face. Just saying. ENJOY!!!

Just be careful with the amount you apply,its like porridge you have to find a happy place,one spray will suffice for me,too much and the ol fella looses interest.
