Twinings Tea English Afternoon Tea, 20 ct

I have been drinking Twinings Tea for a few years. I used to order from the site but now order it from Amazon. Thankfully, I save shipping cost, being a Prime member. I had never tried the English Afternoon tea before, not sure why, but I am so glad that I did buy it. I ordered and received a second box already because I really like it and will order another this week. It is one of the best teas that I have ever had from anywhere. It is smooth, refreshing, yet relaxing. It is strong, I'd say mid-strength, not too strong, but definitely not a weak tea. Drink it mid-morning, for afternoon tea, or as a nighttime relaxing tea. I love the pleasant aroma, the great taste, and the fact that it is a great tea for anytime. The teabags are easy to use since each tea bag is individually wrapped, which may keep it fresher longer, with a better taste. This price makes the English Afternoon tea a good value for the money.

This tea is amazing.

A nice, medium-strength blended black tea. (Not as strong as 'breakfast' teas.) As the name suggests, this IS good in the afternoon, perhaps with a slice of fruitcake or with a lunch of a turkey and provolone sandwich. I drink it black, either with or without food; however, since I do prefer it with food, I probably should try it with milk and sugar, as suggested in the product description. I'm not an iced-tea drinker, so I can't speak to that. I'd never heard of this blend before seeing it on Amazon. I can't always find Twinings, but this was a better unit price than when I do find Twinings of any kind. Aside from helping to preserve flavor, the individual-bag packaging also makes it handy for adding to a gift basket or tucking into a birthday card, especially since it's a somewhat unusual blend. I didn't give this the highest rating simply because there are other brands (Jackson's; F&M) and blends that I like better than this one, but this is still a very nice tea.
