The best backpacking bowl I've found, but not always easy to nest
I am all about nesting, and decreasing how much space gear takes up in my pack. I have WAY too many pots for backpacking, and up until now, the Trek Ti Bowl just didn't nest into any of my solo kits. But then my wife joined me. For the two of us, I used the GSI Halulite 1.8L boiler as our main cook pot (which was PERFECT for boiling pasta, then heating sauce for use with the pasta). My "oh, that is cool" moment happened when I checked to see if two nested Trek bowls would fit inside the empty GSI. Answer? Perfectly, with almost zero gap (read: no rattling). Then inside that, I fit a bunch of other gear. For the bowls... The Good: + Perfect size for most any meal + SUPER light + Multiple (like) bowls nest VERY well inside one another + Durable The Bad: - Heat transfer! Ti transmits heat incredibly well, and therefore I'd recommend using a bandana as insulation between the bowl (when filled with hot food) and your hand - Can be hard to nest into anything else... of course, the aforementioned GSI Halulite 1.8L boiler is a perfect cookset companion with these bowls. Overall, I'm very pleased. As a comparison, I also have the Sea to Summit Delta bowls, which are horrible for nesting with another Delta bowl, and are far heavier. I'm not sure I'll be using those bowls any longer now that I have two of these.

Awesome, useful sized bowl with a weird texture
I really like my snow peak plate and bowl for camping. If you put a pound of chili in this bowl, it would weigh a pound. It's ridiculously light and durable. It's also a good size and shape for a lot of things, like soup, mac and cheese and rice with yummies on top. The only downsides are that it gets a bit hot to hold (but that happens with anything titanium all the time, so it shouldn't really count) And, try not to use it to mix anything... because honestly it has kind of a weird texture that is really unpleasant when you scrape a spoon or anything on it. It looks smooth, but it has a gravely sound when you scrape it that can sort of make your teeth itch. Still gets a 5 though, because I'm pretty sure it's gonna last longer than the human race, assuming I don't run over it with my car. Oh, also it gets fingerprinty in an interesting way.

Great brand, great bowl....just a tad expensive
Great bowl - sturdy and titanium! Snow Peak is a great brand but obviously you are paying for the name. Definitely not a huge bowl, but big enough and light enough to justify the purchase if you are in the market. The 4 stars is only because of the price.

*Not Just a Titanium Bowl*
Lightweight, High and stable sides, feels good in your hands. Packs well. Fits firmly and lodges well on top of Snow Peak 1400 cook set "pot" for baking. Bonus: you can drill multiple 3mm holes all over the bottom of this bowl to create a "double boiler" for steaming smaller veggies and potatoes on your journeys. Note: drill from inside of bowl outward, then you can use the bottom of the drilled bowl as a peeler/shredder, if you drill it right. Update: Althoughthe modified bowl worked well as a steamer it had too many sharp brittle bits to be used as a shredder, some shards started to develop, I had to sand the bottom of the bowl to a smooth surface. It did work well as a modified rain shower head in a trip, though, without wasting a lot of water.

Versatile, Nests perfectly into: Evernew 1.3L pot, Primus Primetech 1.3L pot
This is a good value. Cheap, Light, deeper than I expected. Fits PERFECTLY into the two styles of 1.3L I own (Evernew 1.3L and Primus Primetech 1.3L.) You could stack 2 of them in the pot without giving up much interior volume for a nice 2-person system & probably still fit a small fuel canister inside. On my digital kitchen scale, this weighed 1+3/8ths ounces. Add a 1 ounce aluminum pot lifter and you have something that you can set over a fire and boil water in, at the same weight as the toaks 700ML titanium pot without lid, which costs $40. LIghtweight fanatics use a folded aluminum foil lid anyway. Possibly that strays into the realm of "stupid light" but it's less than half the price, so...

Always peak items
I have 4 of SnowPeak titanium sporks (amazing) and have probably lost about four as well (my fault) so I gambled on the bowl and it’s great. A good size without being unwieldy, nothing sticks to it, and, being titanium, it doesn’t make a ton of sound when placed down OR even when dropped. For people with sound issues that’s a pretty good feature. Ima buy another for my backpack, and will check out some of their other products, maybe get a couple plates too, if they make them.

Lighweight, decent size, stackable
Great titanium bowls for travelling, camping. Very lightweight but sturdy. Optimal size for a single person meal ~ 500 ml. Easy to clean. Keep in mind because bowls made from titanium their outside temperature will be the same as the food temperature, could be difficult to hold if hot. Suggest to wrap a thin layer of heat reflective cloth around for better temperature isolation.

Me encanta
útil, cómodo, manejable, resistente, muy adecuado para cocinar. Es un bol pero más resistente y adecuado para salidas al campo o playa.
