Can u instal with the castle already built?

It many ways it easier to install after. As well as the printed instructions there are instructions on YouTube which are very good and that’s mainly what I used. Good luck.

Just wondering how is the lighting effect?

I have recently installed the light kit for Disney Castle and it looks amazing! It really brings it to life at night. I turn it on every evening for some ambient lighting. It does take a good 6 hours or so to install, but well worth it.

Can lights be taken down again once installed or they stuck permantly in set?

They are not stuck in place and can be removed. You would need to save the original pieces that are removed that allow the lights to fit and replace them if required , although it would be a major rebuild job to remove the lights and make good again.
