Very good driveway looks like new still looks good year latter

it works very well my patio still looks very clean after a few months the only downside is it being powerful the smell of the bleach in the product is almost overpowering

This stuff is magnificent. I put it on with a watering can as I didn't have a sprayer (have bought one now to do the rest as otherwise it goes quick) and left it less than 2 hours because you could see it had brought the path up so clean in just a short space of time. (And I really do mean SO clean, like brand new slabs) Then rinsed off with a hose. Really quick and easy. Yes it smells like the love child of a swimming pool and a bottle of neat bleach but who cares - the smell fades after a day. My front path is now a thing of beauty. Have bought more to spray the back paths and am looking forward to it all looking like when they were first laid. You would want to keep pets away from it until rinsed off but if you do it with a sprayer that shouldn't be a problem either. My best purchase in a long time! Happy, happy days.

I used this on an Indian sandstone circular patio, probably around 10-12 foot in diameter. It was very badly ‘peppered’ with quite large black spots. I didn’t use a sprayer as I didn’t want any drift onto neighbouring lawn etc. I poured some into a jug and used a scrubbing brush to apply it to the slabs. I could see some of the black spots starting to turn white as I worked, so I added a little more and scrubbed again. I did this yesterday evening, and this morning there are hardly any spots left, just a few that I will re-treat again when the weather is dry. It has rained today so I haven’t rinsed it. I’m going to try it on some stone steps and another patio, as I’ve only used about half a tub on the circular patio. Definitely worth the money.

I got this a year ago. My patio area had not been treated for well over 10 years and had a lot of white and black spots and general dirt and mold and looked old. I saw this and my partner boo hooded it so I was a lady on a mission to prove him wrong as the reviews were really good. I sprayed it and left it over night then left that on and any white and black spots or dirty spots that were still there I sprayed again and left that on over night and repeated this maybe 2 or 3 times. (Only the difficult spots) then rinsed off with the pressure washer and it was like a new patio. Very please and will buy again.

Apologies for the delayed review. Product was great. Used 10 litres, following 10 litres of another product. Your product cleaned so much better and removed the majority of black marks, etc left by the other product. Next time forget the less successful product - straight to your. Some black spots remain on a few pavers? Seems these pavers have a different stone that does not respond as well - Puzzle?

worked very well with light stains on travertine slabs but deep stains need two or three applications. Please note travertine slabs are porous marble with fissures and small holes. If you have a patio then ensure you keep it clean of bird strikes and of roof moss being washed off onto it. Leave it on the slabs and they will get marked, even if sealed. This black spot sprayed onto a paper kitchen towel that's left on the slab will remove light stains but several treatments needed for black stains on porous slabs. Keep pets off until it has been washed off thoroughly as it will blister their paws... I get 90% of stains out leaving it over night..the remaining 10% go on second treatment. Run off does not harm lawn.
