I ordered 2 of these devices to provide more USB charger ports in my car for our 10 day vacation. We had 8 devices requiring USB charging ports. We plugged and 2 USB dual port cigarette lighter converters to get the 8 ports. The device worked well during the trip. Be careful and do not apply too much torque to your mounting screws so that you don't crack the plastic. The device is well constructed but it is still plastic. The devices arrived on time and were adequately packaged.

Great quality, have installed in multiple cars
I've bought and installed these on multiple cars. Unfortunately wal-mart doesn't offer them any more, but that's ok because I can order them here on Amazon. I always appreciate how I can charge a phone via USB and still plug in my GPS as well. I usually plug these into constant on power vs. accessory on because I want to be able to charge my phone while the car is off.

Great addition to my old truck
Used it to add USB charging ability to vintage truck. Blue light is on when power is set to it so you know it's getting power. Seems to be well constructed. Installed and working. Good item.

Mounted under the upper cabinets in Scamp camper. Works great.
Was easy to mount and wire up since 12v was right there for an inside light. Haven't used the 12v cigarette lighter type outlet much but frequently use the USB ports for charging with no issues. I didn't like the blue power indicator light at first but turns out it's a great night-light for the small camper.
