Fits my HP Proliant DL360p G9 perfectly. Replaced 1 failed fan (of 8 total). Recognized by ILO. Has been working great for a week now.

Probably a good fan.
I really needed this fan for a server. I knew when I got it I would be happy and the server would boot. Unfortunately whomever Amazon contracted to deliver it could not read the delivery instructions and kept trying to deliver it after 6 pm or on the weekends when no one was at the office. This happened TWICE! The third time I shipped it to an Amazon locker. Not exactly convenient but at least I got the fan and the BIOS on the server would allow the POST to complete. Yay!

Great replacement Fan
I had bought this to replace a faulty fan In my Proliant DL360 E Gen 8. The fan came quicker then originally said. Replaced the faulty fan with the replacement. The server identified the fan with no issues. All fans are running at 23% again. Great buy. I think I may order a few more to have on hand!

Got rid of the fan error after replacing the defective one with this. Win in my book.

Lasted 3 weeks.
Failed too. Just like the other one I bought. Server went into high gear cooling after a few weeks. This time I moved the new fan to another location and now it's showing degraded in the new location. I ordered an unopened OEM from ebay.
