Looks nice, but fragile, great seller
Looks good. Completed the build, it worked for 2 turns then pins snapped and the gears fell out. I was contacted by the company regarding the issues. Fantastic seller with great after care. Would definitely recommend. I have ordered another one to try it again. Second one I built works perfectly.

Pretty,Practical and a littlebit of a challenge.
Great! My sister loved it and it's got her interested in the brand now. A good intro to timber puzzles. Took a few hours to put together and is practical as well. Spare partscame with it. No issues and fast delivery. Sturdy product.

Nice model kit
Nice little kit to put together. The customer service from ugears was helpful when one of the parts broken. Will buy another model kit later on to try out. Ps sandpaper will come in handy if you want it to turn and move.

Not as advertised. Can only hold 3 standard pens
Quite flimsy to be a pen holder. Size of holes only takes 3 pens. Fittings do not rotate cleanly.

Fun Times
The product is sturdy and the pieces fit well. Sometimes you have to push hard to make sure they are in place as they should be. You also need to wax the gears to ensure friction. They will seem stuck in the beginning but with each rotation, the friction gets smoother and smoother. I definitely recommend the product, but I suggest adult supervision if it will be built by a child.

Parts were really hard to fit in
The parts were really hard to fit and at the end the last parts ended up breaking. I was really disappointed as I was excited to build it. Very nice product and I guess there was simply wrong cuts on the one that I received. Be aware when you buy this product as most probably you might not be able to fit the parts in.

Excellent stocking filler for my husband
My husband really enjoyed putting this together Christmas Day. Next year I will get a more complex one for him although we all had fun watching this go together and it certainly lasted for an hour or so.

Inadequate instructions.
Generally ok EVENTUALLY . Assembly diagrams sometimes very poor, not highlighting assymmety of parts. Detail photos completely useless as it's impossible to figure out what they purport to show. I am a very experiences cabinetmaker. Won't buy again.
