Worst product. All 7 steps working in nearly same speed. Cannot control speed. Don't buy this one, wast of money. I am totally disappointed with this product.

Faulty, but company offered a replacement!
I bought this set of 3 and had the electrician install one, and it was faulty out-of-the-box. However, I mailed the company and they offered to send me a replacement, so on the whole, I would say it's a good co. (I haven't taken them up on their offer, because the other 2 are still in the box, and I can just take out the one that's installed, and install one of THOSE two.) EDIT: We just called the electrician who put in a capacitor, and now the fan is working fine! So it wasn't this regulator which was at fault! As of now, this co. is recommended! :)
