ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc Trainer, 14” Diameter with Pump for Improving Posture, Fitness, Stability

As a parent of three young children—two of whom are neurodivergent—I’ve tried several balance discs to support sensory regulation and posture improvement, and the ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc is one of the 2 brands that I think have comparable quality that I purchased from Amazon. The quality is excellent—the material is sturdy and well-made, and it holds up really well to daily use. I appreciate that it comes with a pump and is easy to inflate and adjust based on how firm or wobbly we need it to be. My kids use it for sensory input and to help with focus during seated activities. My youngest also uses it with her physical therapist to improve core strength and muscle tone. It’s been especially helpful for posture and sensory regulation. I also love using this disc for my own home workouts—it's great for balance training, core exercises, and even as a seat cushion to encourage better posture while working. Highly recommend this for families looking for functional, versatile tools that support both kids and adults in staying active and regulated!

I am learning to skate and bough this to improve my balance skills. Is very resistible, very easy to take with. The air retention works well. And is really comfortable. I recommend this one.

These work well, but like other reviewers, I found the needle that inflates the discs to be very fragile. My first one broke, which was probably my fault as well because I wasn't as careful with it as I should have been. Luckily I had ordered two discs so was able to use the inflation needle from the second one on both. This time I was very careful to angle it and twist it slowly into the hole. So as long as you follow the instructions carefully, everything seems to work well.

This really helps with balance and strengthening my knees. Small, easy to store, can take it anywhere. Perfect for people who had knee surgery or need to work on their balance.

This is just like the one I use at PT. Very happy with the tool. I can do my balance exercises at home now instead of at the therapy gym. It came with a book of exercises and a hand pump. It holds the air really well.

I really like these for ab workouts and balance. This one seems solid so far!!

Good quality product at a good price

I was advised by my dr. to purchase a balance disk to sit on when I drive to avoid hip pain but this was too narrow for a bucket driver’s seat. It sank down and my rear end was over the sides. I wear small pants so it’s not a matter of a large butt. Would advise finding a wider one to use in this way.

ساعدني عند اداء بعض التمارين البسيطة بالبيت او المكتب في تقوية اسفل الضهر وتخفيف الالم الناتج عن الجلوس كثيرا.. طبيعة عملي اجلس كثير ولذا احيانا كثيرة اسفل الظهر يبدا يؤلم .. تمارين الاطالة تساعد كثير والان مع وجود هذا سواء اداء تمارين بالبيت بسكل موسع او تمارين خفيفة بالمكتب او حتى الجلوس عليه وقت العمل يعمل على تحريك العضلات اسفل الظهر فيمنع او يخفف الالم ..

Item received as promised with the pump included. I am using it now and so far so good. Very good quality. I am on the computer for over 12 hours a day and I also have had low back pain. The disc 'encourages' me to sit up straight which will hopefully improve my posture. It arrived inflated to about two inches and I added air for comfort. So far no leaks and all is well. Very smart purchase
