I can't get the keyboard to pair. Did anyone else have trouble?

Same problem. Unplugged the usb mini cable, hit the right corner power on/off switch. Green light blinks 3 times. Hit fn+c for the bluetooth thing. Blue light blinks. Now it shows up in the bluetooth add device scren. Have the Windows add device screen scanning before you start hitting keyboard buttons.

Initial pairing was good, about 1.5 months later it randomly unpaired and won't reconnect. What is a good solution here?

Pairing dufficulty - have tried numerous times to pair. Someone else us going to try. About to give up and return it. Any further suggestions?

I first charged it and then followed the instructions to pair it with the Surface and it paired without problems.
