Works great! + some add-ons for changing light bulbs
Good grab, sturdy and light weight! I was intrigue w/ the idea in the description to use it for changing light bulbs, much better than grabbing a chair/stepper around and going up & down. However, when I tried it, I found it needs some "add-ons". The grabber by itself can loosen a light bulb, but it's not very secure in holding a loose lightbulb when turning it. It's also awkward/challenging to turn for full revolution while pressing the handle for grab. I improvised with some simple add-ons as shown in the picture. (1) velcro strip to secure the grab, freeing up the hands for rotating it (2) transparent "cup" from chinese take-out box as safety net to catch the light bulb in case. I used velcro again so it can be removed. (3) to install a light bulb, it is not as easy to keep it straight in place, so I use a foam cup to help. [Update:] actually using foam tubing over the flat tips addresses (3) way better! Like this one: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MXVPY53/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 .

Precision Grab
I purchased this when I broke my leg and could not bend over to retrieve things. This device is amazing. I could easily use it to ‘grab’ ANYTHING. It would grab and hold anything: a shirt that had fallen to the floor or a Q-tip. Yes! It is sensitive enough and easy enough to operate to pick up very small objects, too. I recently had to move my office from one room in my home to another where I reinstalled my computer, printer, and miscellaneous electronic office items. I had to set up surge protectors, plug in the electronics, and position them behind desks and file cabinets. The Grabber Reacher Tool was a HUGE help in doing this, never failing to snag, hold, and move anything I wanted. This is a great help for a variety of situations.

Handy Tool with Great Reach and Grip
The 32-inch length gives me plenty of reach, making it easy to grab items from high shelves or deep corners without having to stretch or bend over. One of the standout features is the strong grip and magnetic tip. The grip is firm and reliable, perfect for picking up everything from small items to larger objects. The magnetic tip is a nice touch, especially for picking up metal items like keys or small screws that might otherwise be tricky to handle. The tool is surprisingly lightweight, which makes it comfortable to use for extended periods. The foldable design is also a huge plus; it’s easy to store away when not in use, which is great for keeping my space clutter-free. My only minor issue is that the folding mechanism can be a bit stiff at first, but it loosens up with use. Also, while the magnetic tip is handy, it’s not strong enough for very heavy items.

Easy to use.
I like the ability to pick up things I drop on the floor ((I cannot bend over or squat down). It also helps me get clothes from the bottom of the dirty clothes hamper. It can also be used to get some things off the upper shelves in the kitchen. It’s foldable which is nice. It also has a magnetic tip to pick up small metal objects - not coins, however, as they are not magnetic. The price is good for a two-pack. I would buy again.

I wish I had this sooner
I bought this because my back pain makes it hard to pick things up off the floor sometimes. This tool is a game changer. It lets you pick things up as long as they are not too heavy or a weird shape. For example, it will not pick up a wet bath towel higher than my knee, but that's ok because I can reach it better than without the tool. The quality is ok. If you squeeze hard, it doesn't feel like it will increase the strength. The tool itself doesn't feel flimsy, it seems like it will last many years. It does the job for things like picking up my clothes off the floor and putting them in a hamper. It is fun to use, too. You'll be picking things up just because you have this grabber.

Quality control lacking
I read the description of these grippers carefully, and it corresponded to my needs and expected criteria. The package of two arrived promptly. The two grippers were in a plastic bag with no instructions on use, though admittedly for such a simple tool its use would seem to be self-explanatory. I gave one gripper to my wife, and immediately she loved using it. Mine was problematic. First, the grips were at a 45 degree to the handle, not 90 degrees (or 180 degrees). The description had stated that the grips could be rotated 90 degrees. I could not straighten mine. I twisted with all my strength to no avail. Then, by chance we discovered if you pulled the gripper away from the handle it would disingage, making it possible to rotate it and find a groove to reset the angle. However, while my wife's gripper worked that way, I could not get mine to align 90 degrees. Once out of the groove it would not find the 90 degree groove. It is clear that upon manufacture, the groove was not aligned properly with the groove in the extended arm. There is no way to set the gripper at 90 degrees to the handle. All this comes down to quality control by the manufacturer: they did not align the grooves on the extended arm properly. So here I am with a 45 degree grip angle that is not altogether comfortable gripping things. If I have to grab jar off a top shelf I have to twist my wrist to clasp the jar. It is doable, but it is not the most comfortable angle. I was on the verge of sending the two grippers back, but as my wife's seems to work and she seems happy with it I decided to save myself the trouble.

Highly recommend
I bought 3 of these (one for each level of my townhouse) when I was forbidden from bending for 6 weeks after my back surgery. These work great. They are lightweight, but strong, and can even pick tiny objects off the floor (e.g., a single Cheerio). Highly recommend.

Great Helper After Back Surgery
I am just 10 days past back surgery when I was told not to bend or twist for 2 weeks. I live alone and know how frequently I drop stuff, so I ordered this grabber and am SO happy I did!! It won't pick up large, heavy items (but then, I am NOT supposed to life more than 5 lbs. at this point), but it is amazing for the small things!! The day after surgery as I was taking meds, my antibiotic slipped out of my hand and onto the floor. I am cautious about this happening because I have two dogs who like to pick up anything and everything that hits the floor......especially in the kitchen! Before they could notice, I reached for my grabber, and it easily picked up this small capsule and kept me from having to bend to the floor to retrieve it. Just in these 10 days, I have used it for countless items to keep me from bending while I heal, and as I continue to get older (I am 69) with chronic back issues, I can see how useful it will continue to be :-)

Moderately useful
OK for light pickups but lacks grip strengthening for heavier items

Weak plastic joint!
This product broke very easily and I paid around £35 for it... The plastic part that joins the 2 bars together is weak and it cracked as soon as I used the grabber for lifting something light weight off the floor. I requested a return and the seller did accept this. The only major problem is that the barcode that they sent me to affix to the parcel is so small that it's not worth trying to print it out. The other barcode that goes into the box (for the seller to see who returned it) is far bigger. The seller also don't specify where I should take the parcel for return. It seems they've deliberately given me a small barcode so that I have to send this product back to them myself (because they also say that I can send it back to their address in America but that way I will need to pay for the return purchase). This is a joke because I live in the UK and the postage will cost about half the price of the product... So I will have no choice but to keep this product and repair it myself. I'm really disappointed because for the cost of this product, I'd expect it to designed stronger...
