Gerbs Super 7 Seed Snack Mix 14 oz.

I love the Gerbs Super 7 Seed Snack Mix! The seeds are always fresh, crunchy, and have a clean, natural taste. I use them for everything. I mix them into my sourdough dough and sprinkle some on top before baking, add them to yogurt for a healthy crunch, and toss them into salads for extra texture and nutrients. It’s such a simple way to boost nutrition without added salt or sugar. Highly recommend - great quality and great value for a 2 lbs bag!

I make a wonderful sourdough bread with these. The taste is superb. Good and healthy and love the variety of seeds.

I love dense bread with seeds in it. I have been searching for the right blend. This is it! My bread is fabulous, and this seed blend completes it! I am h a p p y !

Good variety of ingredients but not many of each. Not worth the price.

Got it — here’s the review without italics and with the more casual product name: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Addition to My Homemade Bread! I recently bought a bread maker, and I’ve been having a blast experimenting with different recipes. I decided to try adding this mix to my loaves and wow, what a game changer! The mix is fresh, clean, and perfectly balanced with pumpkin, sunflower, flax, chia, and hemp seeds. I just toss a handful into my dough, and it gives my bread an amazing crunch and extra nutrition without overpowering the flavor. I take fresh loaves to my mom’s house every week, and now she specifically asks for “the one with the seeds.” She loves it, and honestly, I feel like I’m bringing her a bakery-quality loaf every time. The fact that it’s allergy-friendly and made in the USA is just icing on the cake (or… seeds in the bread!). The resealable bag keeps everything super fresh, so I never worry about waste. Highly recommend for anyone who bakes, snacks, or just wants a healthy, versatile and delicious.

These seeds are great inclusions for sourdough. I recommend toasting them lightly and cooling them down before you add to your dough.

I guess these seeds promote health for most, however I had a strong allergic reaction. I have a mild nut allergy but have had pumpkin and sunflower seeds without a problem. I am guessing it was the hemp seeds, which I have never had, that caused the problem.

These seeds are Amazing, this Is my 2nd time ordering and I use them daily. They are very tasty also and healthy for you
