I put this into the freezer for only 30 minutes as it arrived today. Just tried it out of curiosity. And it is brilliant little device. I used it on my face, neck area. Will put it back into freezer for longer. Easy to use. Definitely would recommend.

Very rarely would I leave a review but this product is brilliant, I actually bought it to try and relieve eczema itchiness whilst technically a massage tool, it is brilliant and works really well for this purpose and arrived promptly and was good value for money.

I found this very good, put it in freezer for 2hours then tried it on my painful stomach. It felt lovely and helped with the pain. It worked well on my arm also. Would recommend Murlien ice therapy massager.

Very good if you want to do palm cooling during boxing, cardio, weights or gym class. I put it in the freezer for 2 hours before heading to the gym. I bought open palm MMA RDX Kara gloves so i could use the device to palm cool during Boxercise class. The Murlien fits nicely into my Bru Mate Hopsulator Trio cold can container. The Brumate Trio can coldly insulate the Murlien for a few hours which is awsum. Im happy the two things are compatible and work in unity so folks can palm cool on a budget.

This product comes in a wee brown box with clear instructions. I bought this for my face, having seen some IG 'influencers' and youtube stars using something similar to relax and de- puff before putting make up on. This feel soooo good- I use upward motions across my cheekbones, jaw and forehead. I press gently across my eye contours- really helps skin, gives it a nice glow. Circular motion on the temples is just heaven! Unsure if this product is for use on face, but I'm not stopping, feels too good. Stays really cold for a long time, as the ball is steel. The holder is easy to grip and comfortable. Feels sturdy. Unsure about the previous comments and pictures suggesting it stains the skin or expands when freezing? Pretty sure most materials contract in cold and expand in heat... maybe just a faulty one? Before use, I gently washed the massager with liquid soap and waited to fully air dry before freezing- as yes, if there is water between the ball and the plastic holder, it will become frozen together. I haven't experienced mine being difficult roll, if you follow the above after use and make sure you put it on a clean, ice free shelf, the massager should be fine. If you like cold facials and ice therapy on your muscles, then this is the product for you. I would recommend.

I was recommended this product by my mother-in-law who suffers from degeneration of the facet joints, one of the same problems I suffer from. I used this alongside my anti-inflammatory massage oil on my knee (hole in the cartilage, very painful) to test it out and was surprised by how good it was. Sitting with my legs up, I applied my massage oil to the area, with some pressure I gently rolled the massager over my knee plus surrounding area for roughly 6 minutes. I can honestly say my knee hasn't felt this good in years. It's not a miracle cure, but certainly helps lessen the pain. I suggest getting a decent anti-inflammatory cream or oil to use alongside the massager. I have since used this on my husband's lower back, he suffers from pain caused by strained muscles/tendons along with shortening of the facet joints. This lossened him up and helped lessen the pain, again, I used this alongside my anti-inflammatory oil. I do recommend this product, it's easy to use, a handy little gadget. It would be even better if they could mould the top more ergonomic to your hand, but that's the only thing I can say to make it even better.
